Terms of Sales & refund policy

These Terms of Sales (referred to as 'Terms of Sale' or 'Terms') apply to all orders placed through the website or store between the members and Highbrow (referred to as the 'Company').

If members purchase a product on the website, they agree to the terms and conditions of Highbrow's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
 

Order

1. A valid account is required to order the product.


Purchase of products and transfer of services

1. Members may not transfer or otherwise exchange purchased goods or services to another person, except where transfer and sale are permitted through certain functions within the service. Therefore, the member shall not transfer, sell, or exchange products or services (or any similar attempt) within or outside the service in any case. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions is considered a severe violation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and terms of use in Highbrow; therefore, it may result in the termination of the account as specified in the termination clause of the Terms and Conditions. Following the information above, the member agrees that an act of termination may be taken against the member's account without prior notice.
 

Pricing
1. The Company reserves the right to modify the price of the goods. The member can check the changes by checking the new prices on the website. The new fees will apply to additional orders.

 

 2. Member’s orders may include VAT and other sales-related taxes. All members are responsible for paying for all expenses incurred, including taxes.

Transactions and payment methods
1. The Company provides payment services by third-party payment & billing service providers. By default, the member must keep and provide accurate payment information that is up to date. Also, the Company is not responsible for any problems caused by items the member needs to manage properly. At the same time, the Company keeps all transaction records to process follow-up inquiries. The Company does not store payment method information regarding members’ order history when using payment services. 

 

2. The members are responsible for paying for any payment on a member's account, regardless of whether the member's family, friends, or members approve it.
 

3. The member must provide the essential information requested at the time of the order, which must be guaranteed to be accurate and complete. We want to inform you that the company is not responsible for any problems caused by incorrect or expired data.

4. Even after the order is approved, the company may reject the member’s order for good reason, and in such cases, we will try to inform the member through e-mail or the like. If the payment has already been made but the product the member ordered is unavailable, the company will cancel the order and refund the total amount to the member.

 

5. The member has the right to withdraw the contract without providing a specific reason within 14 days from the day after the payment is made. However, we understand that the member will lose their right to cancel the contract if the service begins to take effect before the contract cancellation guarantee period ends. Therefore, please note that the member has no right to withdraw the agreement after using and registering the product.
 

Revised Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Company may change, modify, add, or delete the notices in these Terms of Sale and Highbrow Terms of Use. In this case, we will post the Terms and Conditions and notify the member of any changes, modifications, additions, or deletions. The amendments to the Terms and Conditions will take effect seven days after the notice is issued, and the member may withdraw the account if the member does not agree to these terms and conditions.

Therefore, the member must regularly check and comply with all context, and using the service after an update or modification means that the member agrees to the updated and revised terms and conditions of sale.
