If members purchase a product on the website, they agree to the terms and conditions of Highbrow's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Orders may be placed either through a registered account or as a guest, provided that the customer supplies accurate, complete, and current order information.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, or use the products for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent. This restriction does not affect the customer’s ownership of the physical product purchased.
Any use of the products in violation of this section may result in the cancellation of the order and refusal of future orders, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. The Company reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time.
Any price changes will apply only to orders placed after such changes are published on the Website and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
2. Product prices displayed on the Website do not include customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
Such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Applicable sales taxes or VAT may be included where required by law.

If payment has already been completed and the order is canceled by the Company, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the day the customer receives the physical product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or products damaged due to customer misuse.

The Company may amend, modify, add to, or remove provisions of these Terms of Sale and the Highbrow Terms of Use from time to time.

Orders placed prior to the effective date of the revised Terms of Sale will be governed by the Terms of Sale in effect at the time the order was placed.

Continued use of the Website or placement of an order after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Sale.
