A. The digital code card pack is a code used in the game [Dragon Village Collection] to acquire exclusive dragons and items. The product consists only of digital codes, not physical card packs.
A. This product is a digital code and no physical card will be delivered. E-mailed codes are available to use in the game [Dragon Village Collection].
A. After the payment is completed, the code will be automatically sent to your account's email.
A. Please contact customer center with the order number and the product name you ordered.
A. [Dragon Village Collection] In-game Settings > Card Code button to enter the provided code.
A. You can enter each code only once to use it. If you receive a duplicated code error when you have never used it, please contact the customer center with screenshot showing the code, PID (Player ID), and the email address you received the code.
A. There is no expiration date for the code
A. You can gift the code number sent by email after the purchase is completed. The code can only be used once, so be careful not to expose the code number.
A. Currently, there is no function to collect or review cards. Illustration cards shown during card pack opening are part of the production effects.
A: We are adding a function allowing you to collect and review regular digital cards. We will update you on the details.
